Email the Website

1. Download and save the Microsoft Excel file.
2. Fill out the fields listed (you can delete the example race result if you choose or leave it in place).
3. Please use the miles for the distance 10K is 6.2 miles, and 5K is 3.1 miles.
4. Please use the form h:mm:ss for time.  If the event time was less than an hour, use a zero for the number of hours.
5. Feel free to submit as many events as you like on a single spreadsheet.
6. Be sure to save the sheet so you can attach it to an email.
7. Email the file to our Newsletter Editor.

**If all else fails, put in what you can and we will figure it out....
